By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Orders placed on the Freshly Grown Platform are generally processed within a few hours of confirmation. Delivery is typically completed within the same day (4–8 hours from order confirmation), subject to delivery slot availability, order confirmation time and serviceable location. Orders placed beyond operational hours may be delivered on the next working day. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to high demand, traffic conditions, weather conditions, third-party delivery constraints or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

2. Shipping and delivery charges, if applicable, shall be displayed clearly at the time of checkout before completion of payment. Such charges may vary depending on order value, delivery distance, delivery slot selected, demand conditions, traffic, weather conditions, seasonal peaks or other operational parameters. By placing the order, you agree to pay all applicable charges as displayed at checkout.

3. You can cancel the order before the order status is marked as “Out for Delivery” and claim a refund. Once the order is marked as “Out for Delivery”, cancellation shall not be permitted. Any costs incurred by the Company in such cases shall be borne by you.

4. You shall be solely responsible for providing correct and complete delivery details including name, address and contact information. We shall not be liable for any delay, non-delivery or loss arising due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by you.

5. If any product delivery is delayed or returned due to incorrect information, recipient unavailability, refusal to accept the order, or access issues at the delivery location, we shall not be responsible for re-delivery. Any additional costs incurred shall be borne by you.

6. The order shall be considered delivered when a person is available to receive it at the address provided. If you instruct the delivery partner to leave the order unattended or hand it to another person, you shall be solely responsible for the products thereafter and no claims shall be entertained for loss, theft, tampering or damage.

7. In case of Cash on Delivery orders, it shall be your responsibility to ensure correct payment is made to the delivery partner. We shall not be liable for any payment discrepancies once completed.

8. You shall verify that the articles delivered match the invoice at the time of delivery. Any discrepancies not reported at the time of delivery shall be deemed accepted.

9. We may offer credits, discounts, promo codes, vouchers or cashback at our discretion and reserve the right to modify or discontinue such offers without prior notice.

10. Before placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description carefully. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the product description without exception.
